WEBINAR: Immediate Evacuation Assistance and FAIR Plan Coverage for Delgado Canyon Residents
I will host a webinar in partnership with the California Department of Insurance for residents affected by the Norte Fire in San Juan Capistrano.
The webinar will provide important information about insurance claims and available resources, address the increased risk of flooding and landslides following the fire, and give residents an opportunity to ask questions directly to the relevant agencies.
Confirmed participants include Assemblymember Laurie Davies, Orange County Supervisor Katrina Foley, and Assistant City Manager Matisse Reischl. We are also awaiting confirmation from additional agencies and will share updates as they become available.
Submitting Questions About Insurance and FAIR Plan Coverage
You may submit insurance-related questions when registering for the webinar. Please indicate whether your coverage is through the California FAIR Plan or another insurance provider.
Please note that panelists will not be able to address questions specific to your individual policy or claim during the presentation. However, we will do our best to help you find answers to your questions and facilitate communication with the appropriate insurance provider.
We understand how stressful and challenging this time has been for many residents. Our office is committed to helping connect you with the appropriate agencies, information, and resources as you navigate the recovery process.
If you have questions about the webinar, please contact Senior District Representative Maia Meunier at [email protected] or 949-598-5850.
