Catherine S. Blakespear

A fourth-generation San Diegan and a former journalist and lawyer, Sen. Blakespear believes strongly in hard work, transparency and social justice. She’s passionate about representing northern San Diego County and southern Orange County, and working to boost economic opportunities, protect the environment, keep communities safe, reduce homelessness and improve transportation.
