In celebration of Women’s History Month this March, Senator Blakespear is now accepting nominations for Women Who Inspire.  

We invite you to nominate women who live or work in Senate District 38, and who have made significant contributions to their communities and demonstrated exceptional leadership. This honor recognizes women who go above and beyond, inspiring others and making a lasting impact. All nominees will be recognized, and one will be selected to be honored on the Senate floor at the state Capitol in March.

The deadline for Orange County nominees is Friday, February 13th. Nominations for Women Who Inspire are now closed after receiving an overwhelming number of submissions that exceeded our capacity.

ELIGIBILITY: Nominees must live, work, attend school, or volunteer in District 38. Individuals who have been previously nominated or honored through Senator Blakespear’s Women Who Inspire program, or who currently hold elected office, are not eligible.
